Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit of £15 is required to secure all karaoke room bookings. The remaining balance is payable on arrival (£10.00) Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the booking may transfer the deposit to another date, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking will result in the loss of the deposit. No-shows will be charged the full booking deposit (£15.00) Arrival Times Please arrive on time for your booking. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow for check-in and ordering drinks. Late arrivals may result in reduced room hire time, as bookings cannot be extended if another reservation follows. Group Size Bookings are made for a specified number of guests which is 8 persons Please notify us in advance if your group size changes. Maximum room capacities must be adhered to for safety reasons. Food & Drinks No outside food or beverages are permitted unless agreed in advance. Food and drinks are available to purchase from the venue. Behaviour & Damages Guests are expected to treat the karaoke room, equipment and furnishings with respect. Any deliberate damage or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or end a booking without refund if guests are abusive, intoxicated or behave in a manner that risks the safety or enjoyment of others. Under 18s Under-18s are welcome up to 9pm when accompanied by a responsible adult and in accordance with licensing laws. Liability Personal belongings are left at the owner's risk. The venue accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal items. By paying a deposit and confirming a booking, customers agree to these booking terms and conditions.
